Gite rental prices include electricity, lights, water and heating. We also provide duvets, pillows, bedlinen & towels (changed weekly) but not swimming towels. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request - cot linen to be provided by guest.

We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. See BOOKING CONDITIONS. In addition, a 350 Euros cash deposit is payable on arrival to cover the cost of any damage / breakages during your stay. This will be refunded at your departure.
Day to day cleaning is the responsibility of guests and the Gite should be left in a clean and tidy state upon departure. If you don't want to clean the accomodation yourself, we can employ a houseworker to do. So, you will have to pay, and the price will be deducted from your deposit when we will refund you.
The Gites are available from 16h00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure.
We ask you not to smoke inside the Gites and thank you for your cooperation in this.
